"Jazz"
March 5th, 1994 - August 23rd, 2004 Jazz had been one of the dogs who introduced me into the world of competing with goldens and he was truly one of a kind. He taught me so very much and I will always miss him dearly. Always a quiet, noble gentleman- I couldn't have asked for a better best friend. Never your typical golden- we had to teach him to get up on the furniture and to put his feet on you. He was always such a good dog that I started calling him my "old man" when he was still a puppy.
He had a tumor removed from his mouth a few months before his passing and it was growing back quickly. He was still in good spirits until the end. I guess there just aren't quite the words to thank him for everything that he gave to me. I will miss you so very much, Jazz. Rest well my sweet old man............
